RESULT: All selected site have enrolled estimated number of patients and study was completed in time

PHASE: II
MAIN GOAL: To rescue study

RESULT: Croatian sites have enrolled the missing number of patients

These trials often face challenges due to complex disease presentations, fluctuating symptoms, and comorbidities. Biomarker selection, patient stratification, and long-term safety monitoring are critical for producing meaningful and applicable results.

NOSOLOGY: Transthyretin Amyloid Polyneuropathy (ATTR-PN)

MAIN GOAL: To activate 2 sites in 3 months

RESULT: Hungarian sites have been activated in time

Trials in women’s health must account for hormonal cycles, reproductive status, and age-specific considerations. Recruitment strategies should be inclusive and sensitive, and protocols need to address safety concerns specific to female participants.

NOSOLOGY: Endometriosis

YEAR / PERIOD: 2018 - 2021
PHASE: III
MAIN GOAL: To finish enrollment in 6-8 months

RESULT: Due to Covid enrollment was slowed down but completed in few months later than planned

Timing is everything in trials related to seasonal conditions such as allergies or respiratory illnesses. Protocols must be tightly scheduled around peak seasons, with efficient site activation and logistics in place to ensure timely recruitment and data collection.

NOSOLOGY: Rhinosinusitis

MAIN GOAL: Very short enrollment timelines

RESULT: Croatian sites had became the best enroller sites
